With improved mobile app performance and sleek UI upgrades to elevate the user experience, this is one of our most exciting releases yet. Here’s what to expect from V8:
Performance Center
We’re excited to launch our app performance center, which includes monitoring and reporting of application loading time, analysis of anomalies and potential areas of improvement, and tracking over time.
Zapp V8 includes a newly designed dashboard, as well as some key performance improvements to the SDKs themselves. Discussing and acting on ongoing performance monitoring will allow us to embark on a journey with our customers towards stronger user experience and retention.
New UI Elements for TV
Screen Picker UI: We’ve added a horizontal sub-navigation component, great for genres, seasons, and other types of more granular categories.
TV Navigation Option: We’ve added an option to position the hero image behind the navigation bar for a more stylish look on all our TV platforms.
Custom Presets
Zapp V7 made building apps even easier with the introduction of our rich library of easy-start preset components. With Zapp V8, customers can now build and manage their own presets and streamline the process even further.
